Needle in High Park (Remix Tape)
Needle In High Park is a 21-track remix project rooted in place, memory, and transformation. Growing up in Toronto, High Park was always one of those places you end up returning to — to clear your head, link with people, or just take in the city at a different pace. This project flips and reworks familiar sounds through that same lens: 19 remixes and 2 interludes, created over the last year and a bit, dedicated to one of Mr. ilango’s favourite places in Toronto. The title is a play on the film name “Panic in Needle Park.”
There are two versions of the project: the Bandcamp version is a dedicated remix drop for the heads who want to support directly, while the DSP version is available everywhere you stream, with a few bonus cuts that aren’t on Bandcamp.
